NYC Limousine® User Agreement for Online Purchases
NYC Limousine® strives to fulfill every reservation on time. When a client fails to keep an appointment or cancel at the last minute, professional time goes unused and other clients fail to receive service. By placing this reservation, you agree to purchase service that is subject to NYC Limousine® cancellation and refund Policy.

On rare occasions, there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent the client from calling NYC Limousine®. Should special circumstances arise that result in the postponement of service, NYC Limousine® may issue a full refund or transfer reservation cost to new reservation in future date. If you have made an error in scheduling your reservation or you believe you deserve special consideration for a no-show/late cancellation fee, please email customerservice@nyclimousine.com within one month of the charged date. No shows for pickup at the airport due to flight diversion or prolong taxi time to the gate (Airplane sitting on the runway) are nonrefundable. If you can't locate your driver, it is your responsibility to call NYC Limousine® at +1 (212) 366-6600. Failure to call NYC Limousine® and leaving a pickup location will be considered as late cancellation.
Charges
User agrees to pay all charges related to this reservation. Charges may include but are not limited to base fare, service charge, tolls, airport parking, waiting time, stops, gratuity, fuel, STC and sales tax charges.
Hourly Rates
Hourly rate is valid for rides within New York City only.
Payments
Cost of service will be charged to your credit card at the end of the booking process or after the service will be completed, depending on the pickup location and vehicle type. In general, passengers don't need to pay the driver unless otherwise instructed by NYC Limousine® prior to travel date. When credit card cannot be verified, NYC Limousine® may request the credit card's owner to provide a written authorization and image of both sides of the credit card.
Rates and Quotes
Rates are subject to availability. NYC Limousine® reserves the right to change the rates without advance notice. All quoted prices are estimated only, final charges may include different tolls, Airport parking fee, waiting time and etc.
Website Images
The images of vehicles and amenities shown in this website are examples only. Specific make, model and color cannot be guaranteed.
Amenities
NYC Limousine® will try to accommodate amenities request. If amenity will not be provided the charge for the amenity will be refunded.
Garage-to-Garage
Charges apply from when the chauffeur departs the garage until returning after service concludes.
Wait Time -- Airport Transfers
Airport transfers include reasonable wait time for flight and baggage delays. Additional wait time beyond the included allowance incurs the hourly rate prorated at fifteen-minute intervals.
Wait Time -- Non-Airport Transfers
Ten minutes of free wait time is provided after the scheduled pickup time. Beyond ten minutes, charges include the transfer base charge plus hourly charges prorated at fifteen-minute intervals.
Surface Transportation Charge (STC)
A surcharge based on overhead expenses, calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
Fuel Surcharge
Calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
Child Safety Seats
NYC Limousine can provide child safety seats for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for installation. Please specify the type of seat needed (rear-facing infant seat, forward-facing toddler seat, or booster seat) when making your reservation.
Lost or Misplaced Items
NYC Limousine assumes no liability for lost or misplaced personal property left in vehicles. Please check the vehicle thoroughly before exiting.
